PURPOSE: A liquid display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to decrease the off current in the diffusion region and minimize the reduction of the on current in the driver circuit region. CONSTITUTION: A liquid display panel includes N type thin film transistors(N-TFT) for pixels(PIXEL) and N type thin film transistor(N-TFT) for drivers(DRIVER). The first source and drain region(111,113) of the transistor for pixels(PIXEL) are highly doped, and a first channel region is not doped and located between the first source and drain region. A first LDD(Lightly Doped Drain,114,134) is doped at 5.0 X 10<SP POS="POST">10</SP>-1.0 X 10<SP POS="POST">13</SP> per centimeter square concentration. The second source and drain region of the transistor for drivers(DRIVER) are highly doped, and a second channel region is not doped and located between the second source and drain region. A second LDD is doped at 1.0 X 10<SP POS="POST">13</SP>-1.0 X 10<SP POS="POST">15</SP> per centimeter square concentration.
