PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for buying goods in PC room is provided to offer goods to a recipient easily by buying goods loaded in a PC room located in the recipient using a mileage point and providing goods to the recipient. CONSTITUTION: A managing module(31) is simultaneously connected to two computers(11,41), and transmits and receives data with computers installed in a PC room. An authenticating module(32) receives an application of goods buying transmitting service of a provider for buying goods and transferring a mileage point and authenticates the received goods buying transmitting service. A searching module(33) searches a recipient which wants to receive goods from the provider. An identifying module(34) identifies the recipient searched by the searching module(33). A mileage transferring module(35) transfers the mileage point of the provider to a managing computer located in a computer in which the recipient is searched.
