APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING WATER LEAKAGE OF UNDERWATER MOTOR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing water leakage of underwater motor is provided to effectively correspond to the heat and the pressure which is generated by the high speed rotation of a motor by using a vacuum tube. CONSTITUTION: A space(13) is formed by assembling a cover(3) to a body(1). A fixing member(6) is formed in the space(13) so that a boss(10) of a vacuum tube(4) is fixed. A spring is fixed to the fixing recess(11) in the vacuum tube(4). The fixing recess(11) positively grasps a compression spring, and the compression spring is fixed by the inner surface of the cover(3). The boss(10) which forms the outer periphery of one side of the vacuum tube(4) is inserted into the fixing member(6) which is formed in the space(13). The water leakage is prevented by the operation of the compression spring(5).
