PURPOSE: A device is provided to quickly and reliably carry in and out a freight without a lift or a conveyer. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic cylinder(12c) is operated by driving a timer and the entire of upper plates are slid backward by sliding a horizontal frame. When a valve is operated by operating a relay with the driving of timer, the upper plates of the entire group are slid backward by backing the entire hydraulic cylinders(12a,12b,12c). A freight loaded on the upper plates is moved frontward via the slide of upper plates and carried to an outlet. The freight is carried out by repeating the operation at certain times.
