PURPOSE: A method for moving pictures communication in a moving pictures communication system is provided to decrease the bandwidth of motion pictures by using motion model parameters. CONSTITUTION: A method for moving pictures communication in a moving pictures communication system includes a first through a third steps. At the first, a user is authenticated(403), and a still picture and a wire frame are transmitted to respective clients(406). At the second step, each client is connected(407) for a cyber conference, and a sender client transmits motion model parameter(408) to the server, and the server transmits the encoded motion model parameter to a receiver client(409). At the third step, the receiver client decodes the parameter(410), and implies motion on the wire frame(411), and displays the motion picture by mapping texture image on the wire frame.
