PURPOSE: A method for producing hot rolled steel sheets with high tension is provided to improve material anisotropy while increasing strength by minimizing structure by finding the cause of large change in material anisotropy according to the change in rolling producing process. CONSTITUTION: A steel slab is composed of 0.03-0.10wt% of C, 0.01-0.50wt% of Si, 1.2-2.0wt% of Mn, under 0.030wt% of P, under 0.010wt% of S, 0.01-0.10wt% of Ti, under 0.01wt% of N, under 0.003wt% of B, more than one kind selected from a group formed by 0.02-0.07wt% of Nb and under 0.10wt% of V, and the remnant wt% of Fe and impurities. The steel slab is heated at a temperature of 1100-1170°C for being hot rolled at the temperature of 800-900°C. Then, the steel slab is cooled in water for being wound up at the temperature of 550-680°C. Thus, rolled productivity is improved by using a precise hot rolling condition, and a material anisotropy is excellent for improving productivity while reducing producing cost.
