SUSPENSION SYSTEM OF WASHING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A suspension system of a washing machine is provided to reduce the vibration and the noise generated by the vibration of a washing machine by installing an auxiliary coil spring. CONSTITUTION: A suspension bar(120) supports a washing tub(110) in a body of a washing machine. A coil spring is installed at the end of the suspension bar(120). The coil spring(132) resiliently supports the washing tub(110). A cap(136) is provided at the end of the suspension bar(120) so as to support the coil spring(132). An auxiliary spring(136) which has a value smaller than the resilient constant of the coil spring(132) is installed at the end of the suspension bar(120).
