PURPOSE: A high molecular film is provided which shows ultraviolet cutoff property, anti-fogging property and photochromic property and is able to be used as a film for advertizement printing, a film for agriculture, a film for show-window adhering, a film for window glass adhering, a film for car glass adhering, a film for washroom mirror adhering, a film for sunglass adhering and the like. CONSTITUTION: A high molecular film comprises: (i) transparent thermoplastic high molecular resin which is selected more than one from the group consisting of polyester resin, polyamide resin, polyolefin resin and styrene-butadiene copolymer; (ii) 0.01-20 wt.% of photochromic dye with regard to the total weight of the high molecular resin, where the photochromic dye is represented by the following formula 1; and (iii) 0.01-20 wt.% of surfactant with regard to the total weight of the high molecular resin.
