PURPOSE: An integrated management system of air conditioning and refrigerating facilities using a network and the control method thereof are provided to estimate malfunction and to rapidly detect and annunciate failure by monitoring operation condition from a remote place through the network, so that a user can process in optimum time. CONSTITUTION: An integrated management system of air conditioning facilities is configured of a plurality of client apparatuses(200) and a server apparatus(400), connected through a network(300). A mechanical apparatus(100), such as air conditioning facilities, is connected to each of the client apparatuses(200). The client apparatuses are computers to prevent malfunction previously by estimating and processing the cause of abnormality or failure. |
