PURPOSE: A plastic lithium ion battery is provided to minimize the thickness of an electrode plate by preventing an electrode assembly from being inflated, thereby improving the efficiency of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A plastic lithium ion battery comprises anode plates(11), cathode plates(12), a separator(13) which is located between the anode plates(11) and the cathode plates(12) to insulate the anode plates(11) and the cathode plates(12), an anode tap(14) which connects the anode plates(11), and a cathode plates(15) which connects the cathode plates(15).
