PURPOSE: A rice feeder for an automatic cooker is provided to prevent rice from being damaged in a cooker by moisture in washing the rice as well as to feed rice smoothly by performing the stable action with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A rotary plate(20) and a washing unit rotate together by revolving a motor. An outlet port of a rice container is connected to a rice inlet(31) of a fixing plate(30) and the rice in a measuring container(41) is delivered to a cup(58) of the washing unit. The rice is washed by spraying high-pressure water to the cup through a hole from a nozzle of a water feed port. A ring-shaped protruded rib is formed around the hole to prevent moisture from sinking into a ventilating space between a measuring slide(40) and an upper plate(51). After finishing washing the rice, the motor rotates more and upper/lower plates(51,55) rotate together. Therefore, the rice is sent to a cooking utensil when the cup is contacted with an exhaust port of a support plate.
