METHOD FOR MODIFYING AND REPAIRING OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT DATA IN SWITCHING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for modifying and repairing operation and management data in the switching system is provided to improve the performance of the system by modifying and repairing the operation and management data of a system controller generated in improving the real-time performance of an exchange. CONSTITUTION: If the status modification of resources or charging and call processing statistics information is generated(301), a switching controller modifies control data in its internal memory(302). Then, the switching controller requests the modification of operation and management data to a system controller(303). If the system controller receives the request of the modification of the operation and management data(307), the system controller modifies the operation and management data(308) and transmits the result of the modification of the operation and management data to the switching controller(309). If the switching controller receives the result of the modification(304), the switching controller analyzes the modification result(305). As a result of the analysis, if the modification result failed or the response was not made, the switching controller marks to the modified control data that the modification of the operation and management failed(306).
