PURPOSE: A sterilizing method of a bamboo sap with heating for several times in airtight condition, is provided, which can be removed microorganisms in a bamboo sap and preserve for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A sterilized bamboo sap is prepared by steps of gathering the sap from joints through connected container; packing the sap in an airtight container made of soft materials; heating indirectly at 80-90°C for fixed times; cooling quickly to 0-15°C; heating indirectly again at 80-90°C for fixed times; cooling quickly again to 0-15°C in a storehouse of low temperature.
