PURPOSE: An after-sale service system using the internet is provided so that consumers can rapidly exactly request an after-sale service by using the internet. CONSTITUTION: An internet site(2) for receiving after-sale service requests is loaded in an internet server(4). An internet terminal(6) connects to the internet site(2) through the internet, and requests the after-sale service. The internet server(4) is connected to communication servers(16) of the companies which have manufactured the respective products. A condition input window(12) is aligned in the internet homepage so that consumers can input model names, defect portions, condition or position of each product. When the consumer connects to the homepage and requests the after-sale service, the internet server(2) transmits the after-sale service request data to the communication server(16) of the company which has manufactured the corresponding product according to the model name of the product inputted to the condition input window(12).
