发明名称 PRESSURIZING AND SINTERING METHOD OF FILTER MATERIAL BY USING METAL FIBER
摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to produce a porous metal sintered filter material by pressurizing and sintering at a high temperature in a vacuum or reduction atmosphere with a metal fiber. CONSTITUTION: A web and a different material are consisted of metal fiber having a circular section and are deposited. The deposited material is inserted in a vacuum sintering furnace and is vacuum-heated. The material is sintered and cooled so that a filter material is produced. Herein, the sintering temperature is 1000 to 1200°C while the sintering time is 0.5 to 2 hours, and a load upon sintering is 1 to 20g/cm¬2. A degas process is accomplished by keeping a certain temperature for a certain time upon vacuum-heating, and webs made up of metal fibers having different diameters are deposited into more than two layers.
