PURPOSE: A tobacco with silver as well as chinese drugs is provided, which can eliminate agricultural chemicals sprayed on the tobacco leaves by using silver, therefore it promotes the respiratory organs. CONSTITUTION: A tobacco is obtained from a method comprising the steps of: eliminating agricultural chemicals by impregnation of harvested tobacco leaves in ozonic water for 30 minutes; impregnating obtained leaves in 50 ppm of ozonic water containing chinese drugs extract under the supersonic waves, followed by drying; and then spraying 50 ppm of ozonic water containing chinese drugs extract onto the leaves 1-3 times, followed by final drying and cutting.
