PURPOSE: A numerically controlled oscillator is provided to solve the problem that cosine and sine values should be respectively stored and reduce the size. CONSTITUTION: A numerically controlled oscillator comprises a cosine delayer(800), a sine delayer(900), first to forth multipliers(100,200,600,700), a first subtracter(300), a first adder(400) and a standardization unit(500). The delayers(800,900) receive and delay feedback signals to generate delayed cosine and sine delay signals, respectively. The first multipliers(100,200) receive error signals and the cosine and sine delay signals to multiply them and generate first and second multiply signals, respectively. The subtracter subtracts the second multiply signal from the cosine delay signal. The adder adds the sine delay signal and the first multiply signal.
