PURPOSE: A metal bar gauge is provided to examine a diameter of a drilled hole or complementary part of a reamer processed hole having a deep hole and a smaller diameter by inserting the metal gauge like assembling. CONSTITUTION: A metal bar gauge having a ring-shaped section has a length of 120mm to be easily catched by a user, in which chamfering is carried out by C0.3, parallelism is below 0.01mm, and letters for indicting the number of the metal bar gauge and diameter of the bar are engraved with a size of 6mm and depth of 0.5mm at both right and left end parts to be easily classified.
