PURPOSE: A processing system is provided to continuously pulverize food waste, selects waste vinyl and to remove moisture. CONSTITUTION: A rough pulverizer(10) pulverizes food waste and a diluting agitator(20) mixes the pulverized food waste with diluting water to lower salt degree. Then the food waste is delivered to a vinyl selector(30). The diluting agitator divides impurities from the waste and discharges impurities to an impurities outlet(24) and then to a waste processing facility through a conveyer system(26). Vinyl removed food waste is delivered to a fine pulverizer(11). The fine pulverized waste is delivered to a front screw dehydrator(61) of a dehydrator. Then the waste is divided into a solid and liquid. The solid is delivered to a rear screw dehydrator(62) and liquid is delivered to a low current agitator(76) and then to a centrifugal dehydrator. The liquid is divided into a solid and liquid again. The solid is delivered to a compost processor and the liquid is delivered to a sewage storage(78) and then to a sewage processor. |
