SWASH PLATE ASSEMBLY OF SWASH PLATE TYPE REFRIGERANT COMPRESSOR FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A swash plate assembly of a refrigerant compressor for a vehicle is provided to improve productivity and to reduce costs by inducing simplification of components and processes with a spherical sleeve after integrating a swash plate with a journal. CONSTITUTION: A swash plate(30) changes its incline depending on the driving of a compressor and slides the outer diameter of a sleeve(33). The position of the swash plate is converted completely with a long hole on a working rug. The amount of discharge refrigerant is controlled with a working stroke of a piston. The swash plate does not need of an additional connecting process with a journal to simplify the processes. The assembling process is also simplified by connecting the sleeve with a ball pocket(32) and defect is remarkably reduced through the smooth process by equalizing the center of each swash plate and the sleeve easily.
