PURPOSE: A device and a method are provided to drive a gasoline injector only when gasoline is used as fuel, to use gasoline at starting and LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) at traveling when gasoline and LPG are all used as fuel and to control an alarm lamp. CONSTITUTION: A power switch(1) is placed on the first for using gasoline as fuel. Then a gasoline fuel pump is driven and a relay drive coil(L6) receives power. A common terminal(C5) is connected to a NO(normal open) terminal to deliver a signal of an oxygen sensor to an ECU. A power switch is placed on the third and LPG is used as fuel. Then power is intercepted to a gasoline fuel pump and to the relay drive coil so that the common terminal is connected to a NC(normal close) terminal to deliver a signal of a signal generating circuit of the oxygen sensor. The signal generating circuit generates very similar signal to the oxygen sensor and then prevents an alarm lamp from lighting incorrectly.
