METHOD FOR MOLDING STRAP RING OF ANODE ASSEMBLY FOR MAGNETRON

PURPOSE: A method for molding a strap ring of an anode assembly for a magnetron is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by preventing the damage of a molding member. CONSTITUTION: An ingot is molded as a seamless extruding tube. The extruding tube is molded such that the inner diameter of the extruding tube is smaller than a predetermined size, and the outer diameter of the extruding tube is larger than a predetermined size. The extruding tube passes a hole(130) between an outer body(110) and an inner body(120) of a jig(100). The inner diameter of the extruding tube is smaller than the inner diameter of a strap ring, and the outer diameter of the extruding tube is larger than the outer diameter of the strap ring.
