APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ANALYZING PROCESS MESSAGE OF CALL CONTROL PROCESSOR(CCP) IN BASE STATION CONTROLLER(BSC)

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for analyzing a process message of a call control processor(CCP) in a base station controller(BSC) is provided to analyze the load and the performance of the CCP by collecting all transmitting and receiving messages and analyzing collected transmitting and receiving messages. CONSTITUTION: A message from a network interface card is read and a kind of the read message is checked(ST11-ST13). A receiving time and a kind of the message are stored, and the number of message is added according to a kind of the message and the added message is displayed when the message is a message defined in a call control processor(CCP) and a message received in the CCP(ST14-ST17). A receiving message of the CCP corresponding to the message is searched to compute a time difference of a receiving time and display the computed time difference when the message is a message defined in the CCP and a message transmitted in the CCP(ST18-ST21). All messages are stored and displayed when the message is a message not defined in the CCP(ST22,ST23).
