PURPOSE: A tele-banking service system with telephone authentication type is provided to prevent a surreptitious use of a credit card by identifying as to whether an ID number is a telephone number of a transmitter and performing a financial transaction when a client requests the financial transaction after the client registers the telephone number as the ID number. CONSTITUTION: A telephone number search and security system(4) identifies as to whether an ID number related to a credit account is identical to a telephone number of a transmitter and authenticates a financial transaction when the ID number related to the credit account is identical to the telephone number of the transmitter. A secret number search and security system(5) identifies as to whether a secret number registered by a client is identical to a secret number provided from the client and authenticates a financial transaction when the secret number registered by the client is identical to the secret number provided from the client.
