PURPOSE: A system for exchanging cyber money and for performing a banking system is provided to increase application values of the cyber money by exchanging the cyber money(points) issued from every site on the internet into integrated money having regular reference values, so that a user can exchange unnecessary cyber money into necessary cyber money. CONSTITUTION: A system for exchanging cyber money and for performing a banking system comprises a server(10), a member database(11), an account transfer system(13), and a cooperative company connecting system(14). The server establishes a cyber money exchange market on an internet site, and makes an agreement between members for an exchanging condition of the cyber money. The server drives the account transfer system if an exchange of the cyber money is agreed, and puts the cyber money in circulation. The server announces a standard exchanging rate when various cyber money is converted into integrated money. The server is aligned with many cyber money issuers by interchanging members' information on a web. The member database connected to the server receives transmitted members' information of other sites and various cyber money information in a corresponding site, and stores the information. The account transfer system transfers the cyber money promised as a mutual account, when an exchanging promise is organized by the web server. The cooperative company connecting system connects with many cyber point issuer servers on the web previously aligned to issue the cyber money.
