PREPARATION OF RICE WITH PHELLINUS LINTEUS

PURPOSE: Nutritional rice with Phillinus linteus and Rhizopus oligosporus is prepared by fermenting and aging the mixture for long time which rice has improvement and suppression effects of various kinds of cancer or an alimentary disease. CONSTITUTION: Nutritional rice with Phillinus linteus is prepared by steps of soaking washed Phillinus linteus in water for 24 hours and removing the moisture; putting the moisture removed Phillinus linteus in a tool such as flask and heating; pressure-sterilizing at 121°C for 15 minutes and cooling to room temperature; adding 5% of Rhizopus oligosporus starter, fermenting at 30°C for 48 hours and drying at 55°C for 24 hours; grinding or extracting the Phillinus linteus; mixing the powder or extract of Phillinus linteus and rice; fermenting again for 2-4 months.
