PURPOSE: An apparatus for displaying information in a closed state of a folder is provided to allow a user to check the displayed information without opening the folder, thereby resulting in reduction of components to decrease a production cost and making it favorable to miniaturizing the folder. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen comprises an LCD module(LCD1) and a touch panel(114) which recognizes an XY coordinate on the LCD module(LCD1) when a user inputs data by a touch operation using fingers. A body(10) includes an antenna(110) and a microphone(116). An LCD window(112) displays information to be seen by a user. A folder(20) is opened or closed by a hinge of the body(10) connected to a side arm(101). Transparent windows(212a,212b) are provided respectively on upper and lower ends(202,203) of the folder(20). The size of the transparent windows(212a,212b) correspond to the areas of the touch panel(114) and LCD window(112).
