PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A plasma display panel and a plasma display panel fabricating method are provided to simplify the manufacturing process of the plasma display panel. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display panel(20) comprises an upper substrate(21) and a lower substrate(22). A common electrode(23) and a scanning electrode(24) are formed on the bottom surface of the upper substrate(21). The common electrode(23) and the scanning electrode(24) are covered by a transparent dielectric layer(25). A protecting layer(26) covers the bottom surface of the dielectric layer(25) to protect the dielectric layer(25). An address electrode(27) is installed on the lower substrate(22). Partitioning walls(29) are installed on the dielectric layer(28) to form a cross-talk between the electrodes. A fluorescent layer(200) is formed between the partitioning walls(29).
