PURPOSE: An automatic display method for local map on the internet is to provide desired information conveniently without the necessity of inputting an address or clicking a wide area map. CONSTITUTION: A user connects with a web server(101) operating a method for displaying local maps automatically on the internet and inputs his ID and password(102). A controller, based on the inputted ID, extracts a required and expected quantity of local addresses after identifying a member information DB(13) and a search history DB(14)(103). Referring to the first extracted address, the controller extracts a certain range of a local map(104) after identifying a map DB(15) and outputs it to the terminal of the user(105). After the member searches the local map, the controller inputs the address of the searched area to the search history DB(14) through an information management unit(106). |
