PURPOSE: A plastic muffler for use of internal combustion engine is provided to obtain a heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and aesthetically enhanced muffler while using plastic material to produce a muffler by a variety of molding methods including a compression molding, transfer molding, blow molding and an injection molding. CONSTITUTION: A method of producing plastic muffler comprises the steps of producing muffler model using plastics, compressing muffler components made up of plastics, producing components to be connected to an inlet and an outlet of the plastic muffler, coloring the plastic muffler, and injecting an antifreeze liquid to the plastic muffler. |
