PURPOSE: A switching system for maximizing an use efficiency of an element is provided to reduce the number of switching elements without generation of blocking. CONSTITUTION: A switching system for maximizing an use efficiency of an element comprises a first terminal switching portion(40), a first selection portion(50), a third terminal switching portion(80), a second selection portion(70), and a second terminal switching portion(60). The first terminal switching portion is formed with nxn switching elements of m number in parallel. The first selection portion is formed with m:1 selectors of nm number in parallel. The third terminal switching portion is formed with nxn switching elements of m number in parallel. The second selection portion is formed with m:1 selectors of nm number in parallel. The second terminal switching portion is formed with mxm switching elements of n number in parallel.
