摘要 PURPOSE: A method for controlling a consumed amount of anodes is provided to improve a quality of product with a reduction of cost and a prevention of burning event by preventing a less consumption or an over-consumption than a normal thickness of waste anode. CONSTITUTION: A consumed amount of anodes is calculated based on a fixed number of anode, an anode using current of a current detecting unit, and a using time of anode. A gap of anode is calculated by totaling a difference between a supplied new anode, an early distance between a conductive roller and a changed amount of gap at a first rotation with a sum of the anode consumed amount. An average gap of anode is calculated by dividing the totaling of each gap of anode with a number of anode. A target gap is calculated by calculating a difference between an appropriate gap and a voltage coefficient. When the average gap of anode is larger by comparing the target gap with the average gap of anode, a control signal of push is outputted. A thickness of anode is calculated by multiplying a weight/thickness converted value in the measured value of weight from an average device. The calculation of the anode consumed amount is proceeded by calculating a compensating value of anode by dividing the consumed amount of anode with the thickness of anode.
