PURPOSE: An assembling structure of a tube of a heat exchanger is provided to enlarge the capacity of a tank and to improve the efficiency of heat exchange by forming a burr for inserting a tube to be protruded out of the tank by improving the structure of a header. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger is composed of an outlet tank(1), a header(4) and a tube(3). A rim(42) is formed around the outline of the header. Holes and burrs(41) are formed in the central part to insert the tube. To combine the end of the tube to the header, the end part is inserted between the burrs protruded by facing out of the header by welding. The inlet port of the tube is higher than the peripheral. The position of the burrs and the tube is extended outward. Thereby, the inner space of the heat exchanger is enlarged.
