STEP TO SINGLE PULSE GENERATOR AND LATCH CIRCUIT HAVING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A step to single pulse generator and a latch circuit having thereof are provided to reduce the size of the circuit and unnecessary current consumption. CONSTITUTION: A step to single pulse generator comprises a PNP transistor(Q22) and a switching unit(20). The emitter of PNP transistor(Q22) receives step pulse signals and the base of the transistor is open. The switching unit(20) is ON/OFF in accordance with the output of the collector of the PNP transistor(Q22) to output single pulse. The switching unit consists of a NPN transistor(Q21) and resistors(R21,R22). The base of the transistor(Q21) is connected to the collector of the transistor(Q22), and the collector of the transistor(Q21) is connected to a power supply(VCC) through the resistor(R22).
