PURPOSE: A color polished product is provided to produce beautiful paper by using various colors and patterns on a hologram base material. CONSTITUTION: A roll type hologram base material(20) is coated with an adhesive agent by passing an adhesive agent spraying device(10). A transparent polished material agent or a glass ball is scattered thereon at a point(P). The adhesive agent is dried by passing a drying furnace(11). The polished material is adhered on the hologram base material. Another adhesive agent is coated on the dried polished material by another adhesive agent spraying device(12). The adhesive agent is dried in another drying furnace(13) and then wound by a winder. Thereby, completed beautiful paper is produced. By reducing producing processes, producing cost is reduced. The hologram base material is not limited on expression such as color, pattern or pictures compared to a general base material. Thereby, various colors polished product is produced and a product having high quality and high price is produced.
