PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing tiles for bottom decoration is provided to improve currently generalized tiles made by synthetic resin in which outer layer is easily worn out and stripped and the durability becomes decreased ,after being used for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing tiles for bottom decoration comprises;an inner layer(40) composed by polyvinyl chloride; a base layer(30) merged by polyvinyl chloride, polyethlyene and ceramic grounded to the size of 2000mesh; a print layer(20) highly printed by polyvinyl chloride film to improve the effect of decoration; an outer layer coated by UV coating method with the width of 0.05micrometer protecting a print layer(20) to finally improve the durability. Therefore, no deformation by the change of temperature, strong antibiosis by adding ceramic, a negative ion and prominently adiabatic effect are guaranteed.
