PURPOSE: A liquid preparation of human growth hormone is pharmaceutically stabilized as the decomposition reaction of growth hormone is minimized by adjusting the amount and kinds of buffer, stabilizer and preservative. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutically stabilized liquid preparation of human growth hormone comprises the followings: 1-10 mg/ml of human growth hormone, 5-100 mM of buffer selected from the group comprising sodium acetate, sodium glutamate, 5-100 mg/ml of stabilizer selected from mannitol, sodium chloride, 1-10 mg/ml of preservative, benzyl alcohol, 1-10 mg/ml of forming agent, polysorbate 20. The pH of the preparation is 5.5-6.5.
