PURPOSE: A waterproof method is provided to easily permeate in concrete in depth, to have an excellent adhesive force with concrete and asphalt, to decrease the control of coming and going of a vehicle as much as possible by hardening at a high speed within a short time and saving working time. CONSTITUTION: An upper plate of a bridge of which a water-leaking part is repaired or an upper plate of a newly constructed bridge is cut, cleaned up and dried. A priming coater layer(1) is formed by spraying a priming coater on the cleaned up and dried upper plate(5) of the bridge 150 to 250g per 1m¬2. A second coater layer(2) is formed by spraying a second coater on the priming coater into 1 to 1.5mm per 1m¬2 and is dried for 5 to 15 minutes. Then a third coater layer(3) is formed by spraying a coater of the identical element with the second coater layer into 0.5 to 1mm per 1m¬2. Silica is sprayed into 2 to 3mm on the third coater layer and is improved for 5 to 15 minutes. Then liquid type asphalt emulsion(4) is sprayed on the silica, and solid asphalt(6) is sprayed.
