METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING V-GROOVE OF OPTICAL FIBER ARRANGING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a V-groove of an optical fiber arranging device is provided to mass-produce V-grooves by injection molding. CONSTITUTION: A PMMA(21) or a sensitization layer is formed on a substrate(20). Twice inclined sensitization and one vertical sensitization are accomplished by using an X-ray mask(22). The exposed PMMA(21) or the sensitization layer is removed by a developing liquid. A metal layer(32) is formed on the exposed substrate(20). The metal layer and the substrate(20) is separated. According to the method for manufacturing a V-groove of an optical fiber arranging device, V-grooves can be mass-produced.
