PURPOSE: An apparatus for purifying wastewater is provided, which is characterized in that a strong permanent magnetic and a ceramic material for emitting infrared rays is installed in a specific pipe system. CONSTITUTION: A pipe(1) in shape of cylinder is connected to outside, is fixed on the frame, which is connected to anchor block. (4, 4') are installed at the upper and bottom of the pipe(1). The inner pipe(7, 7') is installed between the permanent magnetic(4, 4'), and the ceramic materials(5) is located in the inner pipe(7, 7'), which are connected each other by using stainless steal thread(6). The permanent magnetic(4, 4') are installed in series so that strong magnetic field can be formed, and water flowing through the inner pipe(7, 7') is magnetized by the magnetic force, and the molecules of water are rotated, expanded,and vibrated.
