PURPOSE: A remote transmitting and receiving device in a video phone is provided to display an image on a monitor with bell ringing when a visitor pushes a button for paging. CONSTITUTION: A video signal photographed by a CCTV(2) of a video phone camera part(1) is expressed into an image on a PC monitor or a television. A voice signal from a microphone(3) of the video phone camera part(1) amplifies a signal inputted from an audio amplifier part(13) of a video phone transceiver(11), is mixed with a high frequency signal from an RF oscillator part(14) at an RF modulation output part(15), and is transmitted into a radio signal through an antenna(16). The voice signal received via the antenna(16) is amplified through an audio amplifier part(18), and output by a speaker(4) of the video phone camera part(1) through a hauling filter part(20) via an audio output part(19).
