PURPOSE: A method for issuing a unified card and providing a management service in internet is provided so that various credit cards requested by netizens can issue and service providing state can be understood by providing connection site between various credit cards service provider and general users. CONSTITUTION: A method for issuing a unified card and providing a management service in the internet includes several steps. A first step is to receive registration of a plurality of new credit card companies and introduce services of the registered companies(S3). In a second step, personal items of various netizens who want to issue credit cards is inputted. A third step is to transmit the specific items of the received items to the corresponding credit card business man (S11). A fourth step is to transmit the state whether the credit card is authenticated or not, to the corresponding netizens (12,13). A fifth step is to inform the service states according to the netizen's state as a real time to the corresponding netizen.
