PURPOSE: A structure for installing a sea water road with the tidal range between the sea and seashore is provided to compose oceanic ecological environment by circulating sea water in a sea water road through the tidal range. CONSTITUTION: A sea water path(5) is installed across a commercial district to be communicated with sea(4) where both inlets of the sea water road are adjacent to both sides of a seashore(1). The sea water is introduced through the road by the difference between the rise and fall of the tide. Therefore, the sea water circulates smoothly like the seashore.
