PURPOSE: A business model is proposed to help customers to grasp the soundness of financial affairs and the level of service of all insurance companies, after evaluating financial affairs and service level of all insurance companies, by announcing the information on internet site publicly. The model is also provided to help customers to conclude, keep, and cancel a contract of insurance using the evaluation information. CONSTITUTION: Customers connect to the database of a web site using a web browser. The customers can grasp necessary information because the database has the information such as financial statement, current status of price of stock, total of stock market price used for understanding the soundness of financial affairs about all insurance companies whenever the customers want. Present status of civil petition under requisition as well as dissatisfaction instances, kindness instances, and questions by customers can be always posted on the site, and insurance companies can also post answers about the contents at any time.
