PURPOSE: An attachable MP3(MPEG audio-layer3)-PDAV(personal digital assistant video) player for vehicle is provided to download/play an MP3 file inside a vehicle through an internet by separatably combining an attachable PDA connected with a terminal of mobile communication in a MP3 player embedded in the vehicle and to control a bounded event of MP3 playing sound by a filtering technique through the vehicle is moved. CONSTITUTION: A PDA is combined by sticking in front of a main body of MP3 player. An image function of PDA is operated when the PDA is combined and a self LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)(9) is operated when the PDA is not stuck. In receiving a MP3 file data of new song, the needed new song is selected by driving a PDA web browser and a downloaded data is stored in a HDD(Hard Disk Drive). When a user operates a function for selecting a song stored in the HDD, the MP3 file read from the HDD is decoded according to the selection of song. A decoded data is offered to a speaker after amplifying in a digital amplifier and outputs by converting to an audio signal.
