PURPOSE: A valve for blocking a gas case is provided to prevent a gas leakage accident by preventing an elevation opening and closing sheet, and continuously keeping tightness after blocking gas of the gas case. CONSTITUTION: In gas leakage caused by a pipe(321) or a connection tool broken, high pressure gas discharged from a gas case passes through a passing hole(223) and rises. Herein, the gas having a high speed generates a first swirl on a lower side of an auxiliary elevation partition(232) and then a second swirl on the lower side of a main elevation partition(235). Accordingly, an elevation closing and opening sheet(233) rises, and then the auxiliary elevation closing and opening sheet rises so that the elevation closing and opening sheet blocks a gas passing hole(11). Further, a blocking slant face(236a) and a slant sheet face(111) keep a tight state each other. When pressure of the gas case keeps balance, the gas flow is stopped in the gas case so that the auxiliary elevation partition is only descended along a guide shaft(225). Thus, gas outflow is prevented even when the flow is stopped in the gas case, and the gas filled in the gas case is blocked when conducting the gas case.
