PURPOSE: A digital miniature camera is provided to easily carry, and to use without anyone's recognition. CONSTITUTION: A hanging protrusions(22,24) is formed both upper ends of a PCB(20) including a CCD(Charge Coupled Device)(2). A width of the PCB is narrow and the length is long. A frame(26) has a lens(28) at a position corresponding to the CCD and is formed with a form in which the hanging protrusion is inserted in a groove in the upper end, the PCB can be inserted and installed, and a length is long. An upper cab(30) having a microphone is combined on the upper end of the frame. The microphone is electrically connected to the PCB. A lower cab is a structure which a connecting line(12) of a jack, electrically, connecting the PCB, a transmitting apparatus(14) can be penetrated and taken out, is formed with pen and pencil types being combined with the frame, and the lower part of the PCB is partially included. A ring unit(34) which the connecting line is penetrated and in which the lower ending part of PCB is inserted is provided. Also, the ring unit is included in the lower cab.
