SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING DATA WIRELESSLY AND METHOD FOR MANAGING CUSTOMERS OF CAR CENTER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A system for processing data wirelessly and a method for managing customers of a car center using the system are provided to manage the customers stably in real time using a mobile communication, by supplying database information to a server in real time, the server being connected between a personal digital assistants(PDA) and an internet backbone using a mobile communication network. CONSTITUTION: A wireless terminal(2) includes a PDA(4) and cellular phone(6). A server(10) includes a port(12), demon program(14) and database(16). The PDA(4) and cellular phone(6) are prepared as a set to form the wireless terminal(2). The program stored in the PDA(4) sends an initializing instruction to the cellular phone(6) and thereby initializes an operation of the cellular phone(6). The PDA(4) gets the cellular phone(6) to make a call and connect to a mobile communication network(8). The mobile communication network(8) is connected to the server(10) via an internet or public switched telephone network(PSTN). The demon program(14) of the PDA(4) monitors the port(12) of the cellular phone(6), and responds to a service request from the PDA(4) in order to establish communication between the server(10) and PDA(4).
