WELDER EQUIPPED WITH DEVICE FOR REGULATING HEIGHT OF MOVING STAND

PURPOSE: A welder is provided to automatically control a height of a moving stand to fit for a thickness of a strip end changed in a rolling process. CONSTITUTION: A voltage outputted from a circuit embedded inside a housing is varied according to a upward and a downward movement of a strocker. A variable voltage outputted from a detector of strip thickness(20 or 30) is inputted into a logic controller(43) through a voltage compensator(41) and an A/D(analog/digital) converter(42). Thickness of each strip fixed between upper and lower electrodes(2-1,2-2,3-1,3-2) of a moving stand(3) and a fix stand(2) are calculated through the inputted data. To conform a central line of strip fixed in the moving stand(3) into a center line of strip fixed in the fix stand(2), a vertical transferring distance of the moving stand(3) is yielded. An operation of a cylinder(13) installed under the moving stand(3) is controlled according to the yielded value.
