PURPOSE: A method for making a phone call again in a cellular phone is provided to notify a user of a telephone number which the user tried to call in a place where a service is impossible, by storing the telephone number and then displaying the stored telephone number in a place where the service is possible. CONSTITUTION: It is determined(S11) whether a member is located within an area where a service is possible. It is checked(S13) whether a telephone number called from an area where the service is impossible is stored in a memory. It is determined(S16) whether there exists a telephone number displayed on a displayer and then selected by a user. If the telephone number from the service impossible area is not stored in the memory, it is checked(S24) if calls from a terminal or relay station exist. If a member does not exist in the service possible area, it is displayed(S27) that the member is located in the service impossible area. If a member request a call form the service impossible area, a telephone number and call time are sequentially stored(S29-S30) in the memory.
